Dude...a few things came to mind as I looked at your portfolio. If you haven't seen Nan Goldin, you should look her up. She is kind of the godmother of intimate art photography (intimate meaning-very personal, not necessarily sexual only). Also do a google search on "Hamburger Eyes." Your images would fit in nicely with that group of West Coast artists.
